Where can I find my Order ID?

Your Order ID is a 7-digit number that can be found at the upper right corner of the Invoice you must have received from us after completing a purchase. It is also included in the subject of the email we have sent you with your Invoice. See the examples in the screenshots below.

Where can I find my Certificate Serial Number?

Your Certificate serial number can be found found on the lower left side of your IQ Certificate like in the example below.

If the Free Trial period has passed, normally we can't offer a refund for the charge, but rest assured that you won’t be billed again after you cancel.
